Good condition overall. The bottom right corner has a little wear as seen in the photo. Some rubbing on spine but it is tight and the pages are clean. It was published by Manhattan Post Card Publishing Co., Inc. and printed in the USA. Presumably the photographs found on these sixty-four pages are images the company also used for postcards. For that reason, this booklet is a good resource for anyone researching the Manhattan Post Card Publishing Company or NYC postcards of the 1930s. It could also be interesting to architecture enthusiasts and historians. Judging by the preface, this booklet was designed to be sold or distributed by or in the Statue of Liberty Gift Shop. It served as a helpful guide to the local attractions, and also offers some interesting facts on the inside back cover, as well as the names and addresses of the main hotels in Manhattan: all very useful info in an age well before the internet.
